Habits
Our quality of life can be found within our habits.
If the choices we make determine the type of lives we live, then it's safe to say our lives are a direct result of our thoughts and actions, which are reflected by our choices.
Are your actions in alignment with what you truly want in your life? I encourage you to question the choices YOU make. Ask yourself: are these choices going to enhance my life? If they are then keep doing it. If those choices do not enhance your life then you must change, alter or transform your daily habits first.
If the quality of our lives can be found within our habits there is something powerful about taking action, consistency or even work ethic. After all one could agree that a habit is a practice, or a routine or something consistent. It only takes 21 days to form a habit, that's only 3 weeks of taking action consistently on the daily basis. Consistency yields power. There’s something magical about being consistent. Athletes get paid million of dollars to consistently do the same things over and over year in and year out. You, yourself probably get paid to do the same thing everyday. I can assure you that if you work for a company, the owner of that company understands consistency yields power, so much so he or she pays YOU for YOURS.
Imagine living in a world where people exploit others out of for their consistency, or people willingly enslave themselves consistently expecting more but receiving substantially less. Imagine a world where others consistently work together to create a prosperous, healthy, harmonious life of abundance. Imagine how your life would be if your life was determined by your habits. What would it look like? What would it feel like? If our habits could project our quality of life, what does your life look like? What does it feel like?
Take a moment to reflect on that. Reflect on the current habits that you possess and the habits you think you might need to have in order to reach your higher-self and share below.
Our consistent habits or lack of will determine where we are on this life’s journey.
