as we all know "cleanliness is holiness " and I had get this house together for my mommy who works her butt off for us both ... Right now So I had to get the kitchen to our standard full house is clean and clear my energy and my thoughts s/o to my Coach for chopping it with me while I clean today etc

My rating for today would be a 10/10. Though I didn't go hard the way I usually do, I put my efforts to making sure everyone else was doing great and progressing. That was really my fulfillment and focus of today.

My self assessment for today is a good 6/10.. I could've gotten a lot more done in a timely manner & I did do some things last minute. I give myself a 6 because I put myself aside most of the day to help/service other people though that wasn't my plans for today.
