Luhv + COMMUNITY ROOM

I have been working on this one for a while & a recent situation that we went through was the following. We were supposed to close on pour home sale on Oct 17th, It got pushed back a week, then another & then another. We finally came to a date & I had the right to be mad. We are expecting the money to Invest. I choose calm & understanding. I can't control the lender when he can approve the buyer. All I can do is breath & be grateful that I do have a home to sell & that I was able to sell it so quickly. I took the delay as a protection from the most high. Who knows what would've happened on the Hwy. All I know is that we have a date & all is good.
