👋 I'm Yelle, a professional weirdo who has become a magnet for creativity. Through my vibrant style, positive perspective, and professional past, I have attracted both a creative community and businesses that need our services. Inspired by my uncomfortable experiences marketing through the isolated freelance hustle and the conservative corporate culture, at the start of the pandemic, I paused to create a balance.
I put my creative ambition and my magnetic spirit to work and Co-founded In Creative Company, a unique Creative Agency / Creative Collective hybrid model. To our clients, we are a full-service creative agency. Internally, we have no employees like a traditional agency model. Instead, we are a membership-based community of 100+ freelancers & solopreneurs who work independently until we’re ready to team up for a client’s big request. Not only do I run the business, I also creative direct projects, and lead the community of mostly women and non-binary members.

My design, strategy, and management work have gotten my clients into New York Magazine, Business Insider, Nylon, Cosmo, New York Times, Commercial Observer, NY Mag’s ‘The Cut,’ and Tribeca Film Festival. My previous employers and clients include Vornado Realty Trust, booze-free Listen Bar, and CHROM Toothpolish, the world’s first nail polish for teeth :) As a Brooklyn-based creative with an Architecture Major from the University of Pennsylvania, I call myself a “trained chameleon” who was educated in the Ivy League, raised in Corporate America, escaped to Burning Man, and became an entrepreneur. My growth and color-changing capabilities have made me adaptable.
