Anytime you feel overwhelmed or feel like you’re not making as much progress as you would like, make a list of the activities that you could eliminate from participating in (on the regular basis), as you go throughout the day (or you can just make a to-do list in the AM while eliminating the activities that cause distraction or that doesn’t help you progress towards your goal fast.
