What this is: A focused 2-day sprint where leaders stand up a one-page KPI Dashboard and a simple ROI Tracker, then run one real-world improvement experiment to produce a measurable lift in performance (target: ≥15% ROI or productivity increase). Why it matters: Most teams drown in data but starve for clarity. This challenge replaces noise with a lean system: five high-impact KPIs, clear owners, weekly targets, and a visible ROI ledger. By the end, you’ll have proof—not opinions—about what’s working and what to do next. What you’ll build: KPI Dashboard (Tab 1): 5 core metrics, definitions, owners, weekly targets, and Δ vs. target. ROI Tracker (Tab 2): Line-item ledger for initiatives, time/cash cost, results, and ROI %. 3-Line Stakeholder Update: A concise report that communicates the lift and the next micro-commitment. What you’ll do (live implementation): Day 1: Design the dashboard, set targets, assign owners, and capture a clean baseline. Day 2: Run one improvement experiment (e.g., two 50/10 focus cycles on a revenue-critical task or an upgraded framing/offer flow on live calls), update the sheet, and decide: Keep, Adjust, or Kill. Measurable outcome: Show a ≥15% improvement in either (a) ROI on one initiative or (b) a productivity KPI (e.g., deep-work blocks completed, proposals shipped, or conversion rate). Attractive Character attributes strengthened: Clarity of Vision & Communication: Selecting and explaining the few metrics that matter.
