MAC Type Assessment — Self-Scored Challenge

The MAC Type Assessment is a simple, accurate way to understand how you naturally lead and create results. You’ll answer 10 short questions online, but you’ll also keep a paper-and-pencil tally as you go so there’s no scrolling back or losing count. When you finish, you’ll total your marks, identify your dominant MAC Type (Visionary, Operator, Connector, Entertainer, or Mentor), and submit your result along with a quick explanation and a photo of your tally. Why this matters: Knowing your MAC Type helps you choose the right challenges and habits, so you can grow faster, communicate clearer, manage time better, and lead with confidence.
