RIC Impact Cycle

This 2-day sprint installs a live, repeatable continuous-improvement loop using the RIC method—Renovate → Innovate → Collaborate—on one revenue-touching process (e.g., lead intake, proposals, onboarding). On Day 1, you’ll map the current flow, capture a hard ROI baseline (time, cost, output), and implement quick-win renovations with a one-page SOP and a micro-delegation plan. On Day 2, you’ll pilot a single innovation in the real world, measure its impact against the baseline, and run a 30-minute RIC Huddle to align stakeholders, lock give/get agreements, and set a weekly cadence. By the end, you’ll have a simplified process, a measurable improvement, and a standing rhythm that compounds results, building Strategic Foresight, ROI focus, System & Delegation mastery, and Mentorship/Measurement. Along the way, you’ll strengthen Attractive Character attributes: Clarity of Vision & Communication, Integrity & Decision Making, Relationships & Influence, and Public Speaking & Presence.
