2-Day SAY–DO Identity Sprint

Install the core system that makes every other challenge easier. In this 48-hour sprint, you’ll define your Attractive Character Avatar (who you are as a leader) and prove it through real-world delivery. Day 1 locks clarity and standards: you’ll declare your avatar, publicly state two finishable outcomes, and time-block focused work windows. Day 2 stress-tests execution under pressure: you’ll run your blocks, ship proof (drafts sent, posts published, videos recorded, screenshots logged), and calculate your SAY–DO Ratio, the integrity metric that turns identity into results. If anything slips, you’ll deploy a fast repair protocol and reset a clean deadline. This challenge is built for the Executor Phase 1 skill set, focus, time discipline, presence, and self-accountability, while strengthening MAC attributes: Integrity & Decision Making, Organization & Time Management, Clarity of Vision & Communication, and Public Speaking & Presence. Complete it once, and you’ll have a reusable, minimal system to hit targets consistently, communicate like a pro, and lead with calm follow-through, on demand.
