Hey Family!


I booked a 1-on-1 call with Mindset Mogul and it was amazing! I was able to see areas in my life that need improvement and there aren't too many others that can do that. Bro had me working out my mind, body and spirit, no cap ๐Ÿ˜‚. I asked for the band aid to be ripped off and that's exactly what he did. No more suffering in silence, staying small and not being my authentic being. Already booked my Marketing, Brand and Offer Strategy call. Completed my 4/90/1 challenge


Getting up at 430am is not for the weak you hear me,lol

However it was definitely needed. It gave me a mental break and a away to put me first. I was able to knock out things I kept pushing to the side because of time I thought I didnโ€™t have. I actually feel refreshed. Some days where hard because it wasnโ€™t my norm, but now I am excited to continue this journey.

AHA Moment

Grand Rising Family!


Paying attention to my energy levels during peak times has helped me be more focused when it's needed. I'm feeling less overwhelmed when I sit in a quite space during my peak and work on my roadmap.

Breaking this up into 3-25-minute sprints with 5-minute breaks is refreshing.


When my energy and focus levels start to dip, I pivot to tasks that don't require as much brain power like working tasks, answering email, voicemails, etc... Still getting things done but that's not deep processing.


Final stage when I'm not my sharpest, I read or listen to an audio book. Regroup with my family who's my first team to go over wins, lessons learned, things to consider and action items to come.


I have more available energy and appreciate the process. Usually, I'm pushing at full mode all day, burning myself out, not feeling accomplished.
