This morning’s session was very powerful! Like Sister Sledge “We are family I have my Sisters and Brothers with me” I never had someone to pure into my spirit and send so much love like I felt today. Today I received the energy that I always give to others, it was reciprocated this morning, my roots have been watered and fertilized! It’s time to grow!

And I almost talked myself into staying in the bed!
