Public Speaking Practice
Born and Raised in the Sunny Los Angeles, California until the age of 5. I was moved around a lot from city to city until my mother lost custody of my sister and I by the time I was 9. By the time I was 10, my older sister and I was granted the opportunity to live with our father. While living with him we were finally in one school long enough to make silver and gold honor roll. The little wins throughout elementary, junior high, and high school, made me want to attend college. By the age of 17 I found myself thinking more about college and how I was going to afford it? A few months later I'm standing in front of MEPS, getting ready to swear into the U.S Army reserves. These small wins allowed me to achieve a full ride scholarship to college, graduate with honors, commission as an Officer, and encouraged me to go back to get my Masters. All by the age of my Kobe year #24💛💜🐍
