Attend meetup with local CRE investor for the purpose of networking.

Get more understanding on evaluating deals, business acquisition, digital real estate training & leader training. Gonna do this by studying EVERY day & night until I understand


Make 50 calls a day by:

Specify the types of cash-flowing businesses you are interested in acquiring. Consider factors like industry, location, revenue size, and profitability.


Clearly define what I want to achieve with your daily calls.


Before making calls, gather information about potential businesses and their owners. Understand their industry, financial performance, and any other relevant details.

I know that I have a different way of thinking and I have the tendency of overthinking & understanding concepts that are new or foreign to me, But I eventually get it!
