Creating a culture is the move!

Regardless of how I feel, setting a standard that's clearly communicated, held up with either reward or consequence and maintained is absolutely crucial. It sets a framework for me to stick to and give others to abide by. It's shown me to set healthier boundaries.

Funny thing is that this is what I do with my family and translating this to others who are not has been challenging. It appeared easier to let things slide in the moment but costs time for the overall outcomes that are needed. This applies to myself as well and will make the journey more enjoyable being on the same page. The change process appears to be shocking to the team, but, they'll be fine as we grow.
