Tired of starting your day with a fast paced, chaotic energy?! When I started the Morning Radiant Rituals Challenge 2 weeks ago, I was looking for new ideas to start my days with the most energy 🌱 Since I'm already a meditator who needed to get back into the practice, I thought it would be a perfect fit to the Mindful Mornings and Learn to Meditate Challenges I also started. Boy did it deliver❤️🔥🗣️🗣️ Each day provided a new focus for the start of my day and beautifully blended a mix of mental and physical exercises 💫 Nothing strenuous, more like gentle reminders to enjoy each moment of my morning routine. From showing gratitude to your food, your body and your mind, to hydrating and fueling your creativity, taking this challenge has reminded me of the impact starting your day with a childlike awe for every single move/decision you make in the first few seconds of opening your eyes has💕💕💕 I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to slow down!
