Completed my 4/90/1 challenge
Getting up at 430am is not for the weak you hear me,lol
However it was definitely needed. It gave me a mental break and a away to put me first. I was able to knock out things I kept pushing to the side because of time I thought I didn’t have. I actually feel refreshed. Some days where hard because it wasn’t my norm, but now I am excited to continue this journey.
