Self-love Challenge
3 Essential Achievements that I’ve accomplished over the last 14 days are:
1. Getting to my scheduled appointments on time. Being punctual showed respect for others' time and reduced my stress.
2. Getting my home organized. I created a peaceful and structured living space, it has helped me improve my mental clarity and productivity.
3. Adding physical activity to my morning routine. Starting my day on the mini stepper boosted my energy and set a positive tone for the day.
