I’ve been applying what’s being taught and focusing on regulating before trying to build structure.
I just finished outlining my next R.I.S.E Session and something clicked for me…
Most people don’t lack discipline — they return to what’s familiar because they aren’t regulated
Once I slowed down and focused on structure instead of rushing, everything started to feel clearer and more aligned. Learning to stop reacting and start leading.

Sometime God allow things to happen to get our attention for example Moses in the Bible with the burning bush. God was trying to get Moses attention, but he was too busy doing other stuff so he laed him in the back of the mountain by itself and allowed the bus to burn And that got his attention then God gave him an assignment to complete.
